One of the worst experiences of my life, if not the worst. I was looking for a place to stay for two weeks that would provide the bare minimum: a place to work, cleanliness, and peace and quiet. I arrived after a 15-hour trip. The restaurant doesn’t offer gluten-free food (making it impossible to have dinner), and the moment I lay down to sleep, the pillows smelled of sweat—it was so disgusting. I’ve never had an experience like it. I spoke to the front desk, and they told me they would send someone to change the pillows and sheets. an hour later, a man arrived (at 1 a.m.) in maintenance attire and left sheets on the bed. When I asked if he would change them, he said no—that wasn’t his job, that he’d only been asked to bring the linens to the room. It was the worst experience, and getting my money back was such an ordeal that I had to hire a lawyer. So without a doubt, it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had.
