I booked a king room and the owner tried to give us a 2 queen beds room because we showed up late it shouldn't matter what time we showed up I booked the room and she should have made sure we got it the first place But we had to go back to the office and complain and she was giving our room to another guy and when we finally got to our room the key wouldn't unlock it she had to come with keys and unlock it I'll probably not be booking any more stays there
