I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by your staff members: Noora, Nouzha, Abla, Najat, and Iman. Each of them was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Their dedication to excellent service truly enhanced my experience. Noora and Nouzha were especially helpful at the front desk, always ready to assist with a smile. Abla and Najat showed great hospitality and care, and Iman was always courteous and efficient. It’s rare to find such a consistently high level of service across an entire team. The team was very nice and welcoming, even providing us with an upgrade which was great after a long trip. Really recommend coming if you want to be away from the big cities rush.
