The staff is very friendly, in fact all the people around town have been friendly. We didn't use the pool, but my brother had breakfast at the hotel, said it really good. We stayed here because my mom had an emergency and was in the hospital. We flew down here from Michigan to be with her. It's 5 minutes from Valley regional hospital. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Very good hotel overall
